Mr. Lim joined the SPANCO Group in 1993. He was a key member of the Implementation Group when the Company was granted the contract in 1993 to manage the Federal Government’s fleet of saloon vehicles. He was previously the General Manager, Service Operations. Mr. Lim had extensive experience in the motor industry prior to joining the Group.
