1. Getting Started

Download the SPANCO mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store

2. Registration

Register with an email address and phone number.
You will be guided to the home page as displayed below.

Click on the ROSAK/KEMALANGAN tab to make a submit a new case for an accident or breakdown

Allows you to upload your photos from your mobile library to a maximum of 5MB.

Your car plate number will be auto selected from your profile. If no car plate number is selected, please key it in manually.

Sila Pilih Jenis Aduan:

Select Rosak/Kemalangan or Kecurian

Hantar:

Click to submit your case. Once created, you can navigate to the KES tab to view progress.

3. Mobile Case Status

General

 

CASE STATUS and explanations of each statuses will be as follows:

OPEN > CONFIRM > WORKSHOP ASSIGN > AUTO ASSIST DEPART > AUTO ASSIST ARRIVE > CLOSE > WORK IN PROGRESS (FMS-TOW) > CAR READY FOR COLLECTION (FMS-TOW) > CAR RELEASE (FMS- TOW).

Status ExplanationOPEN: Cases created from mobile app will auto detect customer location and save the coordinates into the system. the case will be shown as OPEN status.

CONFIRM: Command Centre Agent will call the customer to acquire the customer location. WORKSHOP ASSIGN: Command Centre Agent will call the customer to confirm the actual breakdown / accident location. Once the location is entered and saved, the case status will be changed to WORKSHOP ASSIGN.

AUTO ASSIST DEPART: Case status will be switched to AUTO ASSIST DEPART automatically when the Auto Assist information are filled up by the CCA and saved into the system. Refer the screen below to enter Auto Assist information. FMS work order will be created if the workshop assigned is ASC:

AUTO ASSIST ARRIVE: Auto Assist team will call CCA to confirm their arrival. CCA will then update the case status from AUTO ASSIST DEPART to AUTO ASSIST ARRIVE by clicking on the button below:

WORK IN PROGRESS (FMS-TOW): Status sync from FMS related to towing.

CAR READY FOR COLLECTION (FMS-TOW): Status sync from FMS related to towing.

CAR RELEASE (FMS-TOW): Status sync from FMS related to towing.
