Having taken root on the 16th of August in the year 1988, SPANCO’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Distinguished as the largest autonomous provider of seamlessly integrated fleet management solutions in the nation, our saga truly began when, on the 1st day of January in 1994, we were entrusted with a 25-year concession. This coveted privilege empowered us to orchestrate, supply, and lease saloon vehicles with all-encompassing maintenance provisions, exclusively for the esteemed Government of Malaysia.

Spanning an impressive operational tenure of nearly three decades, our trajectory has been defined by our unwavering commitment to delivering all-encompassing fleet management solutions. SPANCO is an accredited training hub for the Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN), a government program blending workplace and institutional training. This provides inclusive opportunities for school leavers and eligible workers, offering apprenticeships and culminating in certification under the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM).
